Pet care experience
Hi! My name is Amanda. Being a pet owner most of my life, I've gotten some pretty serious XP points. For the past 5 years, I've been adopting / fostering the old and handicapped dogs that are in need of a mom. I'm experienced with medications, injections, and overall care for senior pets and those with ailments. My largest dog was 130 lbs and my smallest was 8lbs. I have accumulated a variety of skills in terms of special care and unique pets. Arthritis, muscular disorders, megaesophagus, and just plain ol' age - let me at em.

There isn't a single person on this earth that I trust more to watch my pet than Amanda. Whether its dogs, cats, young, old, healthy or sick Amanda puts her heart and soul into making them feel comfortable and happy. A+ person and caregiver!
Amanda is a wonderful carer and nurturer of all animals. I have had the honor of being in the company of the many dog friends that she has cared for over the time I've known her. She has fostered dogs with special needs and cared for them as their own, sending pictures to their owners who are unable to care for them at the time. Amanda cares about more than just your dog, she cares that you know that your dog is in a safe place and is having fun and being loved while you are away. I am very lucky to be able to rely on Amanda when I am unable to take my dog on certain travels.

I have a fenced in backyard with a dog door. I have no children in the house and is outfitted with entirely too many pet beds and treats. I have a surprisingly large amount of dog toys for having only dogs with zero interest. I am clean, smoke-free, and easy to get along with.

A typical day
Central Oregon is a dog utopia, so I've had an amazing time walking around and finding fun dog spots. Your dog isn't a dog kind of a dog and would prefer no contact ? Say no more. One on one walks are cool by me too. MY favorite form of exercising is throwing a ball as well, so if thats your dog's thing, I am on it.
