I currently work at a doggy day care/boarding facility in West St. Paul, Minnesota. My job consists of caring for dogs and cats as their owners are away at work for the day, or on vacation for however long. I am in charge of potty breaks, play time, feeding, keeping the waters and kennels clean, and administering medications to those who require it. Prior to this, I worked as the lead dog walker/pet sitter for Cocobear Pet Care located in St. Paul Minnesota before the owner moved to California and decided to close down her business. The job consisted of meeting new clients and their animals to make sure it would be a good fit, I would do drop in visits where I let their dog outside to go potty or go on a quick walk. Walks varied in time depending on what the client wanted. Some clients preferred their dogs to go on runs rather than walks, and I can do that as well. I am very energetic. I can administer any kind of medication to dogs and cats, including injection medications. I had to learn how through the St. Paul Vet for this job position.
