*waves* Ahem... Hello! Huge animal lover here! :) I started dog-walking & dog-sitting before I was double digit aged. I brought home stray after stray & did a lot of volunteering at the humane society as a kid, prior to having my first job. I have worked in animal medicine for 15 years as a veterinary technician. Prior to & during those years, I also did rescue work. I have fostered so many animals, that I’ve lost count. I have a senior dog of my own & have had special needs pets, so I am used to & comfortable working with these types of critters. I have always had animals in my life & they are not just pets to me, but FAMILY. I will take care of & love your family member like they are one of my own - just like I do with every lovely critter I encounter!

Amanda was incredible with our kitties. She followed all of our directions and kept us posted every day. She even got our very shy cat to warm up to her. She was prompt and very patient with our little ones. I felt very comfortable with her and will definitely be using her again in the future. Thank you so much!

Amanda was patient, loving, and a super fun sitter for our newly adopted pup. He was a stray and is learning to be a house dog (as well as learning that his people leave and return). We are really grateful we found Amanda to be part of Team Finn! ??

NO BREED RESTRICTIONS. AT ALL. EVER. & no breed preferences either, because really, why discriminate? All animals are the best animals :) I don’t have human children so being with animals is very fulfilling for me & I enjoy animals over most people.
A typical day
There is a park near my house, which is super cute AND convenient. My doggo & I frequent Point Pinole, the Martinez & Pinole dog parks & enjoy visiting pet-friendly stores. I love exploring trails & the outdoors nearby & would love to do so with furry companions!
