Pet care experience
Hi, I’m Amanda! I have over 15 years’ experience taking care of animals both personally & professionally. I worked with rescue dogs at the Animal Humane New Mexico for two years, am a Rover sitter coming up on almost six years, and have three wonderful pets of my own: a German Shepherd mix named Moose, and two kitties Scotch & Stella. I only take on one client at a time. I will be with your dog(s) 100% of the time while housesitting as I work fully remote. My dog Moose joins me for all housesitting stays. It is my absolute joy to take care of your four-legged family members and treat them as if they were my own! Animals naturally radiate loving energy and I love giving that back to them, too. I look forward to giving your pets the highest quality care!

Our pup, Louise, had a great time with Amanda while we were out of town! We're so grateful that she had someone caring and attentive to keep an eye on her (and give her some great exercise) while we were gone.
Amanda was fantastic! Our dog had a great time playing with her dog and the other dog she was watching that day. He was tired out for 2 days after which was awesome. She has a fenced in dog park right in the complex where she lives which was perfect for the dogs to all run around and play together. Will definitely hire her again in the future.
Amanda looked after my tiny 2 month old Dachsund, Romeo over night. She was very kind and supportive as Romeo is so little and she has a large dog and was also looking after a Husky - I was a little apprehensive as he hadn’t been around large dogs yet but Amanda was great with him and sent me an update! Highly recommend her :)
Amanda was so sweet and her dog Moose seemed like a great big brother and playmate to our 6 mo old pup Fletcher. Her home was perfect for dogs and she was great at getting Fletcher some outside exercise. She was really flexible with dropoff and pickup and we would definitely have Fletcher stay with her again next time we're in Boulder!

A typical day
I always like to walk dogs to a park if I can! If your dog has a current Voice & Sight tag I’m also happy to take him or her to any of the available trails in Boulder. Any favorite toys for your pup or kitties will also be played with!

I work for myself, fully remote, and my schedule is fairly flexible. I love being cozy at home, so your pets will enjoy plenty of attention!
