Pet care experience
Hello! My name is Amanda. Animals are my life! I have always had pets growing up as a child and my love for them has grown into my adulthood even more. I have a passion for learning and understanding all different types of animals. My experience in Pet Care is from having my own pets and caring for family, friends and volunteering over the years. I love being a pet sitter because it gives me the opportunity to meet and bond with so many new pets and their owners. I enjoy all the different personalities of the pets and it’s rewarding when an animal loves seeing you when you walk in the door. I’ll spoil and love on your fur babies as much as I can while I’m visiting them! I’m home full time! I also watch cats too! *Im also home all major holidays to watch your fur baby/babies!* ***NOTE: If pickup is any later than 5;00pm on last day, there will be an additional charge for a daycare day*

Amanda was an excellent pet sitter for our two pups. She took fantastic care of them and communicated that to us consistently, making sure we never had to worry. And they love her...always a great sign! I used to pet sit myself and with that knowledge I can highly recommend Amanda for your pet needs.
Amanda always does a fantastic job with our cat. When we get home, we can always tell our cat has been played with and loved (the pictures/rover cards say that, too)

Is your dog house trained? Where do they normally sleep at night?
A typical day
I have a pup myself named Trixie! She is an American Foxhound who will be 2 in 2019 and she loves going to the dog park which is about 15 minuets from my home. I try to go a few times a week to get her excersied. If your pup isn’t fond of big social settings, we can go walk on the trails in the park or around my neighborhood. Your pup will get lots of cuddles and attention from me and my 9 year old son. They can lounge and sleep wherever they like. Whether that’s on the couch, the doggie bed or our bed. We'll take 1-2 walks daily. Your fur baby will have playtime throughout the day, inside and outside. I give plenty of treats and pampering. I will provide updates and plenty of pictures throughout your pups stay!
