I have many close friends that ask me to dog/cat/house sit often enough that I thought I would offer my help on here. Furry guests are guaranteed a morning walk (weather permitting), lots of pets and cuddles, and another walk in the evening. The only thing I am uncomfortable with is snakes. I've had pets since I was two (dogs, cats, chickens, geese, miniature goats, donkeys and fish) so really I've been caring for animals for 30 years but compensated for 20. We hired Amanda for a week of dog sitting. She was awesome!! My pups loved her. She communicated with us often and sent us a lot of videos and pictures daily. While away, I had complete peace knowing my pups were well cared for and loved. Thank you Amanda! Highly recommend!
Amanda did a great job! She took wonderful care of Boss and JoJo and they can be a handful. She kept me very informed throughout the course of the 5 days and sent lots of pictures and videos.

I love to walk the trails, so please mention if your dog is not current on flea or tick prevention. For boarding, I do have a cat. He does a pretty good job of hiding and we do a great job at keeping him separated from dogs that don’t like cats.
A typical day
I love to take the dogs on trails. I find on a hot day, especially when mid day or late afternoon walk times are the only ones available, my go to trail is Compton Gardens / Crystal Bridges. Can't beat the humidity but we can definitely be shaded. Is belly scratching an activity?
