Dogs bring so much joy to people and I want to give joy back to them! I have owned and cared for dogs for over 10 years and can't wait to meet yours. I proudly call myself a dog person, and can offer care for your pet in the comfort of their own home. Whatever your dog needs, I can provide. I'm active, so I'm able to exercise dogs of all energy levels. Whether you want your pooch to have a nice calming walk or an energizing run I can manage both! We can head to the dog park or hit the trail, whatever your pup needs to get their sillies out. You and your dog will love me because I'm very organized. I can follow instructions or a schedule easily, and would be happy to accommodate the unique needs of your pet. I also love how each dog is unique and has their own personality. It's fun to get to know them. Lastly, I'm great at making homemade dog treats, perhaps your pup will be a helper in the kitchen! Please reach out to me to learn more. Our family just moved here and did not know anyone who could care for our babies like we had back home. It was very stressful even thinking about trusting a "stranger" with the kids, who have some special personalities. However, once we found Amanda that all changed. She is great. She is responsible, precise with instructions, and very communicative. We are so happy we found her.
Amanda has been great walking Annie. Annie can't wait to see her in the mornings. She is always on time.
My Murphy received exceptional care during his stay. Amanda gave me daily picture updates on his condition and he always looked like he was having a great time; she took him to the dog park, around campus, and the outdoor mall. There's no other sitter I'd rather have watching my baby.
I am far too late with this review. Here are the facts: I was / am new to Rover, I have a dog who has some fairly special needs, and I had less than two days to schedule a baby sitter for him. Here are more facts: Amanda was outstanding with me, she was outstanding with Cooper (My corg butt) and she went, what I believe to be, above and beyond with Cooper in taking care of him. It's hard for me to describe but to put it bluntly I would choose Amanda every time if I had the chance to do so (and I hope I do.) She was patient, kind and gave Cooper the love and attention he needed while I was away. Amanda was understanding of time constraints (I had to leave early in the morning to drop him off) and sent regular updates of Cooper's adventures. I'm sure this site has fantastic sitters - but I hope to have found a regular in Amanda and I hope that if you read this review you consider letting her watch your little one, too, as I think she's just pretty damned swell. Thanks Amanda!
