Pet care experience
My passion in life has ALWAYS been animals so I made it my career! I have a Bachelor’s degree in Zoology along with 10+ years experience caring for dogs, cats, exotics, and small mammals in veterinary clinics and even worked with large mammals at SeaWorld in Orlando. I have personally adopted both dogs and cats, and they are cherished members of my family. I know how difficult it can be to be away from your animals, and that's why you will have constant and open communication with me the entire time you are at work or on vacation. I will send you an update every time I visit with them including pictures so that you can feel at ease while you are away. Please contact me to set up a meet and greet with your animals! I am very flexible outside of my work hours and I will do my best to accommodate all visits and walks! It is unfortunately impossible for me to do mid-day visits during my work week. I would love the privilege of taking care of your animals while you are away ❤️❤️❤️

My boy Harley was suddenly and unexpectedly diagnosed with IDD and is requiring of medication multiple times per day and strict crate confinement which restricted him from being boarded with his brother for our 5-night vacation. Amanda truly lifted the weight off of our shoulders during this stressful time. From our initial meeting, I could tell how genuine and authentic she is. Throughout her visits with Harley, she voiced concern when necessary, asked questions and gave detailed updates of how he was doing. I was very impressed by her professionalism and would highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for a knowledgeable and reputable pet sitter. This was my first time using Rover and I could not be happier with my experience. After meeting Amanda, I’m unsure whether I will ever opt to board my boys again and I look forward to the next opportunity I have to book her! Thanks again!
