Pet care experience
I have been pet sitting for about 8-9 years in the Jackson area. I have my own 1.5 year old golden who is VERY friendly and loves to have friends over! We do a lot of hiking around local trails (cache is his favorite). I also have 2 pretty chill cats that spend most time outside. Getting to hangout with animals is my favorite pass-time:). I live in the heart of jackson in a really friendly neighborhood with lots of dogs around. My house has a dog door and a big fenced in yard, so access to inside and outside is at your pets free will! We do a lot of playing in the yard too, River has a huge toybox he loves to share his toys!

Amanda appeared to take good care of our miniature schnauzer, and her dog River was a sweet companion. They went on a hike, played, and walked, and he seemed to be happy when we picked him up. The only thing that would have made it better would have been if he hadn’t had so much debris in his fur when we picked him up, but that’s relatively minor since we had a little time to chill when I could comb it all out. Glad he had the hike all the same!
Great job of watching my two pups for a few days! The daily updates and pictures were really appreciated! Thank you!
My dog loves Amanda. I was nervous about leaving her since my mom is the only other person who has watched her when I’ve gone out of town but I don’t think my dog missed me at all. Amanda was great about sending me photos and even a video of them playing.
Amanda is the best! My animals love her. She is very dependable and always does what we need for our animals. She has tons of experience with special needs dogs and cats too. All that with a positive attitude too!
