Pet care experience
I am a working professional in the North County area and have a background in veterinary science. I worked as a veterinary technician so I am able to pill and handle your best friend(s) responsibly. (I can even do nail trims or anal gland expression if needed.) I have experience with small animals as well, such as rabbits and ferrets. I also love watch cats, I'll keep an eye on your home while you are away. I enjoy being outdoors and love to go hiking, to the beach, camping. I am definitely loving this San Diego weather! I love giant lap dogs, the bigger the better :). I had two Great Danes and know the rewards and downfalls of that breed intimately. Don't worry, I love the little guys too!

Amanda & Adan are AMAZING!!!! We found ourselves in a last minute emergency situation during our home renovation. We realized our 2 pups needed a place to go for a week, and needed it NOW (on a Thanksgiving week as well!). Amanda responded immediately and welcomed our fur babies with open arms that same evening. They LOVED her home and her family. Xena & Petey were loved like they were her own, had super comfy accommodations and Amanda sent me pics and videos daily. This is our 1st time using Rover and we are EXTREMELY SATISFIED. Now, we have a "vacation home" for our pups when we need to get away too! Thank you!!
Awesome family, great furry friend of their own. Our doggies felt at home with them…. And our frenchie even refused to leave with me 🤣. That says a lot about how much love and attention they received.

Both our front and back yards are completely fenced. The back yard fence is 6 feet of solid wood fence, great to keep the jumpers in. Dogs are never left with other dogs unsupervised.

Is your pet on any medications? I like having their vet information on file, just in case there's a medical emergency or some sort of injury, you never know. Does your dog get along with other dogs? Are they sensitive to touch or leash aggressions? I'm sure there's more and I'm happy to hear all about your pet.
A typical day
We do daily morning walks around our neighborhood. We have a ball launcher that our pup just loves! We have tons of toys available to tug or chew.

Availability
I work full time and my husband is able to get home for a potty break. Our own dog gets walked in the morning and is never in the home for longer than 7 hours. We cannot wait for your pet to join us!
