Pet care experience
I am a huge dog lover!! I used to work pet stores as well such as PetSmart and Paws in Paradise. At PetSmart, I was a Pet Care Specialist so I have alot of experience with not only dogs but cats as well. I loved my jobs working with dogs and it also taught me a couple things about Pet Care and what an animal needs and how much care they require. Walking dogs and pet sitting isn't the only things dogs need.. they also need constant care and attention and that's something I am willing to do!! My availability is Weekdays 3pm-10pm And weekends are fully flexible! I can work around your schedule and I'll happily reschedule with you if needed! Have an amazing day!

Amanda has been a wonderful caregiver to my dog Sun for the past 5 years. I’ve been working extensive shifts and get little to no time to care for Sun. Amanda took the time to form a bond with Sun to the point where she’s become a part of his family. There no doubt in my mind that Amanda would be a great contributor to the Rover community. I believe that her abilities to care for our beloved companions are the best that anyone could ask for.
I I believe Amanda would be a great pet sitter because she is hardworking and determined to accomplish her everyday goal that she sets for herself. Amongst other things Amanda is very reliable and one of the most patient person I know. She has a passion for animals and a love to care for them.
Amanda is a sweet, creative and passionate young woman. I've known her for quite a while. I know her heart is strong about art and more importantly animals. The chance to work with dogs would be a dream come true for her. She's able to use her creativity to ensure the best routes for walking the dog and her passion allows her to truly connect with them. The combination of the two creates a walking experience that ultimately becomes a fun doggy adventure. My dog, moka, loves to go on walks with her and I personally love her drive. I know if given the chance she will be a good addition as well as the best person for the job.
During my short stay in NY, I booked Amanda to watch over my old dog, Vergil. To say the least, she did not disappoint, and my dog liked her too, which is a surprise because he doesn't like people. Definitely will request her help again next time I am back in the Big Apple.

A typical day
Doggy parks are somewhere I would go if your animal needs some exercise instead of staying home sleeping all day! Its a great way to let off some steam! I will only do this if allowed by the Pet Owners. Also, if I'm over a Pet Owners house and taking care of their Dog, I'd make sure I spend as much time with their dog as possible if also allowed. Feedings, Love & Cuddles!
