Pet care experience
I have had dogs all 18 years of my life. I’m responsible for feeding and waking my own, and I have experience taking care of neighbor’s pets in the past, including feeding, walking, setting up sleep area, etc. I have loved animals my whole life, I did summer camp at the animal shelter of DuPage when I was little!

Amanda has dog sat for us on multiple occasions. We have a large Pitbull and she is beyond sweet with him! He gets so excited when he sees her <3. She takes him on walks, cuddles with him, etc. Amanda is extremely reliable. Many people are scared of our dog due to his size and breed, but Amanda has never been timid with him and is so loving with him. I highly recommend her!

I do not have a fenced-in yard. However my house backs up to a large field so plenty of space to have fun! In others’ homes I am always respectful not to touch/use/sit on anything unless given permission from the client prior to my visit! I make sure the pet is taken care of according to and above and beyond the owners’ instructions and of course give them all the love and pets and smooches too!

A typical day
I love to walk with, run with, play with, or snuggle with pets! If your pet is high energy and wants to run around and play with toys, so do I! If they want to just go for a walk and cuddle, so do I!
