Hi! And thank you for taking the time to check me out! I am an easy-going responsible person with many years of experience caring for other people’s pets and farm animals. Since moving to Chapel Hill, NC I have been able to establish and grow my client list with mostly daily dog-walking services. I have loved getting to know all the pups and their owners in this beautiful area! Below is a more detailed description of my history with animal care. I would love to chat more about your personal pet needs and see if we are a great fit! The Deets: >>>Pet care is my ONLY profession. I have taken the time to become CPR and first-aid certified and I am also privately insured although I have never had to file a claim. Your pets are my only priority when they are in my care! It's been 5 wonderful years of solely caring for various pets. While I am usually booked between the hours of 1030am and 2pm I am taking early morning or late afternoon walking/drop-in clients. Thank you<<< >>My family loves all animals, especially dogs and we have an English bulldog of our own to love. >>Being a working mom turned stay-at-home mom, I can empathize with the feelings of leaving your babies at home. I would love to offer daily walks and check-ins with your loved ones. I can even help with extended pet sitting on a case-by-case basis. >>I do have two children that have been raised around and love all types of animals. They would be present with me sometimes and we would need family-friendly dogs for this reason. >>I have experience with dogs, cats, pigs, cows, chickens, ducks, turkeys, and fish. About me personally: I am a NY transplant, who moved here with my 3 children. We have a lovely home in Chapel Hill and I am a full-time pet care provider. I am independently insured outside of the Rover guarantee. I am mature and responsible, kind, and hardworking. I love love love dogs and so do my children. My oldest currently volunteers at a local shelter and provides care on this platform as well. I have an associate degree in Science. Can't wait to hear from you!

After a meet and greet to get to know you and your pets, as well as their needs, I will follow your instructions to maintain your pet's schedule as closely as possible. Animals, especially dogs are creatures of habit, and having their humans away can be stressful. I believe maintaining their normal schedule helps reduce stress for a happy pet to come home to! I am independently insured and CPR/First Aid certified.
Information Amanda G. would like to know about your pet
It would be helpful to know what they are afraid of, if they are aggressive/hostile to other dogs, what their favorite toy is, if they need medication (and all the specifications along with it), and where they are used to going to the bathroom. What commands do they know and follow? I have no breed preferences, however, all pets must be child-friendly.
A typical day
We can walk around your neighborhood or head to a nearby park depending on the size and comfort level of your pup. I have a rav4 with room in the back :). Otherwise, I’m happy to just walk the perimeter of your yard! For cats and other animals, I will follow your instructions and care for them as requested.

Availability
You can rest assured knowing pet care is my full-time job. My full attention will always be on the safety and care of your loving pets. I am mostly booked from 1030am to 2pm but am taking daily clients in the early morning or later afternoon. I am also available for services in the evenings and on the weekends.
