After realizing that on a weekly basis I beg my friends and neighbors to go out of town so that I can take care of their dogs, I knew it was time to sign up for Rover. I am friendly, active, responsible, and have a flexible schedule. I have small, medium and large dog experience. My boyfriend and I have each owned two dogs in our lifetime: a golden Labrador and an American Foxhound. From puppies to full grown, I learned how easy it is to love dogs, and also the dedication it takes to discipline, feed, play with, and walk them on a daily basis. I lived with multiple dogs in college and have sat a variety of breeds, and I am paws-itive that you can be confident leaving your dog in my hands! I work from home during the week with flexible hours allowing time to spend walking and playing with your dog. My work does occasionally require me to travel. For in-home dog sitting: our pet-friendly apartment has a large tile kitchen area, living room and dining room, and bedroom, with plenty of place to spend entertaining your family member. There is a fenced-in dog park down the street. For dog boarding: one night's charge is equivalent to 24 hours. Should you stay longer than that you will be asked to compensate for the additional hours
