Pet care experience
Hello! My names is Amanda and decided to give Rover a shot since I love animals! I’m currently a foster mom for Sandy Paws Rescue and Social Worker. I've had many pets & cared for animals for the majority of my life. I decided to do this because of my love for animals & connection with them. My dogs, cats and guinea pigs have always been my best friends! I have experience walking dogs, administering medication, brushing, following specific routines, playing/fetch, feeding & more. I have also taken care of fish, turtles and rodents. I pride myself on being timely, organized, caring and thoughtful. I currently have 3 cats and 2 dogs. I lived with dogs and rodents my entire life and got cats and most recently a puppy as an adult. I also enjoy the outdoors & staying active. I spend a lot of time with my animals & would love to meet yours too!

Amanda was so sweat!
Amanda loves cats and dogs! She has been fostering dogs for Sandy Paws Rescue and helping them find their forever homes. She rescued her cats as well and they live a luxurious life! She also rescued her puppy from SPR which is what led her to start fostering. She is patient, kind and will take her time getting to know your pet. She truly loves animals!

A typical day
Lakes, neighborhoods and wherever the dog feels most comfortable! Go for car rides, play tug of war and fetch, even watch a good Netflix show! Couch cuddles are the best!

Availability
Im very organized with my time! I’m up at 6am to take my dog out and feed her and my cats. I work full time and go to school part time so my availability right now is MWF 6pm-10pm and open on the weekends.
