Not only do I have a passion for dogs, but i also have over 5 years of experience working in a dog daycare. I am comfortable with all sizes, breeds and personality types and know the ins and outs of providing top notch care for pups. There isn't anything dog related I haven't seen, and am comfortable in emergency situations if such events were to arise. When caring for your pup, I strive to provide the best love, attention, and exercise that they need. I just graduated from physical therapy school and am a travel therapist who is reliable and trustworthy when it comes to your precious pup and/or your house. Although I don't have any dogs of my own, that gives me even more time and energy to focus on yours! My dog Gabbie is a shy, timid, and sometimes judgmental pup who really likes no one but my mom. So when my parents were headed out of town and I was stuck working 14 hour shifts for the week- I knew she would need someone who had the patience and love to win her over. The first person I thought of was Amanda. It didn't' take long for the two to become best friends and Gabbie now loves her doggie vacations. It is honestly hard to separate the two at the end of the week. So, if you are looking for someone responsible, loving, and trustworthy to look after your dog- Amanda is the perfect choice!
Amanda is a very serious dog lover. She worked at a Doggie DayCare during summers and breaks while completing her undergraduate degree. The owner was so impressed with her work ethic and ability with dogs that he wrote her into the schedule every time she returned from school for almost four years. She picked up several dog sitting jobs from some of her regular clients at the daycare and looks for opportunities to be around dogs whenever she can. When I get my next dog she will help me choose the right one and she'll definitely be my go-to gal for dog sitting.
