Caring for your dogs like my own!
Pet care experience
I personally have 3 dogs and would have more if I had the room! Our oldest dog is a 16 year-old Golden that receives medication daily and needs assistance moving around. Our youngest is a Border Collie mix that is full of energy almost 24 hours a day. And our middle "child" is a rambunctious lab/staffie mix. I am comfortable with all ages of dogs! I do believe that pets are family members and I realize it can be stressful leaving them in the care of another person. I would love to visit and go for walks with your pup to keep them entertained and well cared for. I look forward to helping you care for your furry friend while you're away! I am a stay-at-home-mom for my 2 children and 3 dogs. My family follows Dave Ramsey's financial plan and this is my way of contributing to that plan. My rates are a tad lower because I know there are folks (like me) that need help with their pets but maybe don't have the full financial means to do so right now. I do know basic leash commands and would need to be familiar with what works best for your dog. I know consistency is important so using familiar commands and techniques is important.
A typical day
I have a large backyard that is perfect for playing fetch and running off that energy! I also take walks in my neighborhood and have access to a short wooded trail that my dogs LOVE - they always see new things there and love to sniff out the area! With the bunnies, squirrels and birds we have around, my dogs seem to have fun checking out the territory!
