Pet care experience
I have been in the animal business over 8 years. Worked in a grooming salon for 7 years with all dog breeds & cats. A job where knowing body language on animals is highly important. To gain more experience I worked for a training daycare and dog walking facility. Which gave me even more tools and knowledge. So I am well versed in all dogs, and different types of care. I have also privately doggy&kitty sit for friends and family.(hopefully to open my own business one day)

Amanda was a great find for me! My 15 year old Puggle has a lot of health issues and needs a lot of care. Amanda has given me the opportunity to get out without worrying about him. She is reliable and very knowledgeable. Her love for animals is very apparent. I wouldn’t hesitate to use her again.

Amanda is a very skilled and caring dog sitter. She kept our 3 year old anxious pup entertained and spoiled over the 4 days that we were out of state. She communicated a lot, sending videos, pictures and news every day, which was reassuring to us. We strongly recommend her.

When pet sitting I do everything to make them comfortable & happy. I make sure they have there favorite bed, blankey, toy etc. I find out there schedules at home like feeding times etc. to keep to that. They get all the lovings and praises :) I love to always send pictures throughout there time to show the parents they are safe and happy :) My house is on lots of private land next to a farm with a huge fenced yard in the back. They will always be my number one priority :) If visiting in a clients home I do a lot of the same. I just make sure they are happy, fed, loved, get there exercise and potty breaks. When a animal is in my care they are my number one priority above anything else. There care is of the upmost importance to me . So you won’t have to worry, they are in the best hands.

A typical day
I live on lots of land it’s like a doggy wonderland for them, especially when the cows come to the fence :) I can work on all the things I learned at the training facility to keep them stimulated. On walks I love to let the dogs follow there nose and take me where they want to go and other times I will utilize side streets to get a good pace if needed :) I have my own dog pouch with treats to reward them (along with lots of praises!) I love to bring them on car rides to fun or beautiful spots and stop for a nice puppacino on the way home:) For at home care I have a big fenced yard for lots of room to run and play fetch. But if you have a pup that likes to just hang and cuddle I can totally do that too haha! Your pet will be provided around the clock top quality care with all the focus on them .
