Pet care experience
Having a dog my whole life has made me dog crazy! As I was growing up, my family watched dogs for friends and family. Today I continue in that tradition watching and caring for other people's' pets. As the fur-mommy of two wonderful pups, I want the best for them. As a dog-mom, my boys get lots of love and attention. I promise to treat your pets as if they were one of my own!

Amanda did a great job of caring for my two dogs.
Banjo had a great time at Amanda's house and really loved her dog Karl! Banjo is now missing his new best friend. We were sent lots of pics of Banjo playing and having his own vacation while we were out of town. We would use Amanda again!
Amanda was great! We met up with her dogs a few days prior so that our dogs were already friends. Once we headed out of town, he sent pictures and updates at least twice a day. We have an older Yorkie and young, full of energy Chesapeake Bay Retriever and she was great with both of them. We've yet to have a positive experience leaving our dogs with a sitter or vet or "pet hotel". Amanda provided the best experience yet for us leaving our dogs a few days, so I'd highly recommend her!
Amanda is a wonderful dog sitter, my dogs had a great time with her and her dogs. She provided me with daily updates and photos. She made homemade healthy treats, which they loved. I highly recommend Amanda and will definitely try to use her again, that is ifbshe isn't too busy!!

I love dogs of all shapes and sizes! I have had experience with dogs as small as 10 pounds and as large as 130 pounds.
A typical day
I want your dog to feel as if you aren't gone, so please let me know your dog's routine. I want your pet to feel comfortable. Notify me know of any allergies or restrictions so I can make your dog feel as comfortable as possible. In my home: Dogs staying in our home are family. They are treated with lots of cuddles and love. Treats are frequently given unless restricted by owner. There is a fenced-in dog park a block away that we go to daily for the dogs to get plenty of exercise. Crate trained dogs preferred. In your home: One night stay includes a visit in the evening and one in the morning. Any other visits will be considered a walk. Each visit includes a walk or playtime outside, feeding, and thirty minutes to an hour of one-on-one time with your pets. I can also water plants, get the mail, and other small household tasks upon request.
