Loving pet care when you can't be t

Pet care experience

Hello, my name is Amanda and I love all dogs. Our family, who consists of my husband, two kids, and our 5 year old Plott Hound Mix Nala. I have many years as a pet owner and trainer with dogs ranging from Bulldogs and Mastiffs to Poodles and Chihuahuas. We are available 7 days a week, and I am available for pick up or drop off between 5:00 Am to midnight. Our goal is to have a welcoming home while you are at work or out of town or just fun walks throughout Colorado Springs. We can even pick up your pup for grooming, or just let them out to go potty. During the day we visit a few different dog parks, open spaces, and other dog friendly hangouts. Thank you for your time, Amanda Why I love dog sitting Growing up in our family means we always had dogs. Our first two were a Great Dane named Charlie and a a stray named Cookie. We have raised, trained, and had Teacup Poodles, German Shepherds, English Bulldogs, Rat Terriers, Rottweilers, Labs, Chihuahuas, Vislas, Aussies, Chows, Great Pyrenees, and currently we have a young female Plott Hound. I have always loved dogs, but what sealed deal was a Chow mix named Tippy. When I was about 8 someone told my mother about this dog who was locked up starved and abused. The first time we saw him it was heartbreaking, but Tippy was able to find a loving home and thrive. This dog became my protector, playmate, and best friend. He was living proof that dogs are capable of true love, forgiveness, and are family. About my yard We have a large fenced half acre for the dogs next to a trail and a park. Our fence is 4 ft split rail with dog wire. My experience administering medication Yes, we just need to review the how to's for some medications.

Amanda took excellent care of my Macey while Macey was recovering from surgery. She was such a lifesaver in a stressful situation. She loves your pup like it's her baby!

Amanda is phenomenal!! My dogs were in a state of mild depression when we made them come home after spending a week with her! She is excellent at making sure they get they plenty of playtime, exercise, and snuggles. She updated us regularly with fun photos of them, and treated them as if they were her own. 5 stars truly doesn’t seem like enough for the peace of mind she provides when she’s caring for your furry kids!!

Amanda was wonderful with Bentley! She stayed in touch continuously letting me know how he was doing and updating me with photos of how much fun he was having. She's truly a gem and I will be using her again

Amanda is so great with my dog Obie. I had attempted to try another service and just couldn’t leave my dog in a crate all day with an hour or 2 for outside play. Amanda made sure to treat Obie as her own she made this process easy for me to deal with leaving him with someone other than family. She sent pictures and texts updating me on how Obie was doing. I couldn’t have asked for anyone better and will definitely use her in the future. Thanks again for taking care of Obie.
