I grew up with dogs my whole life and love them just as much as you do! I understand that your pet is more than just a pet, he/she is your companion and best friend. I have 2 dogs: a 7 year old pit mix named Zena and a 4 year old boxer mix named Frankie, and I will take care of your pet the same way I care for them. I am reliable, trust-worthy and dedicated to the happiness, health, wellness and safety of your pet and to making sure that your animal feels like I am part of the family while taking care of them. I was a puppy/young adult dog foster for almost 2 years until I foster failed with my younger girl Frankie. During 2020, I worked full-time at a local animal shelter for a year as an animal caregiver, so I have lots of experience with dogs and cats of all ages! I am am available for walks and drop in-visits during the week and sometimes on weekends. Please reach out to me as I am very flexible and would love to accommodate your needs. I have experience with all types of dogs from my time working at an animal shelter so I am prepared for different animal personalities and dynamics, including cats. I have been a sitter on Rover for over 4 years with lots of repeat clients.

I do not have any breed preferences as I have watched all different types and ages of dogs in the past. I have fostered over 40 puppies before so I know how to handle separation anxiety and teething and I can also help with house-training, crate-training, and learning commands. I would like to know how you reward your dog as well as how much and what types of exercise your dog enjoys best! I would like to know what and when your dog likes to eat, what toys they like to play with, and any medical conditions that your dog may have. I would also know what they usually like to do at the same time I will be with them so we can keep a consistent schedule for your furry family member!
A typical day
There are a few large parks near my apartment! I have a frisbee and tennis balls to play with your dog. I am very active and can go on runs with your dog if you would like them to burn off a ton of energy. Or if they love a nice car-ride, we can ride around with the windows down as well!
