Pet care experience
I have cared for dogs all my life ever since my parents brought home our first dog when I was six. She was a Shelty I immediately named Brittany. As an adult, I welcomed an incredibly intelligent Jack Russell named Boo into my life. Boo was my pretty girl who I was lucky to have with me for nearly 17 years. She ran with me, went on road trips with me, came to work with me and moved halfway across the country with me. Currently, I live in Tulsa after living on a five acre farm in Washington. I was a dog walker in Seattle and Marysville before moving back. I work from home so my schedule allows for lots of flexibility for walks and drop in visits. I can't wait to meet your pup!

Second time utilizing Amanda’s services and she was wonderful!
This review is so late, but I wanted to make sure I added it. This was the second stay for Arya and Luna, and it was only for a couple days, but I know they loved staying with Amanda and her family. I know this because I think they were mad at me once I put them in the car to go home, haha. I honestly feel that Amanda takes care of my doggies like they are her own while they are with her. I really appreciate the pictures and updates throughout the stay. Our flight into Seattle was delayed due to weather, and Amanda was accommodating with our pick up time. Arya and Luna will definitely be wanting to stay there (and hang out with Tibs) any time I go out of town. We are all so glad to have taken the chance on a Rover sitter!! Becky (Arya and Luna)
Such a great experience for not only myself but also my pup. Amanda was always very prompt and was great about communicating any changes in schedule well ahead of time. Will absolutely book again!

Does your dog have feeding issues - eating other dogs' food, aggressive additude, gulping, etc. I can work with these, I just like to know for set up.
A typical day
Dogs will enjoy walks at their preferred pace. I always have pick up bags with me so no need to supply them. I stay away from other walkers with pets to ensure no issues arise from aggressive or curious sniffers.

Availability
I work from home and only work part time so I am very flexible. Weekends are reserved for my family but I am open to helping out those days as well if you’re in a pinch.
