Pet care experience
My parents had a german shepherd before I was born, so since I was a baby, I've had doggy siblings! This has included two german shepherds, one lab/border collie mix, three terrier/chihuahua mixes, and the tens of dogs I've found homes for that I've found on the sides of the road. I am calm enough to get shyer pups to open up to me, and rambunctious enough to let the outgoing ones get their play on! After a day with me, your dog will be tuckered out and happy as can be! :-) I've also had experience with "bully" breeds, and they couldn't be more misunderstood! Amanda is the best! She has a heart for pups and always makes sure our lil guy is happy, hydrated and tired.
Amanda watched my puppy while I was gone for about a week and a half. She kept me well informed of any issues. I gave her a little project to help me with, and that was to help me figure out what kind of toys she liked, within two days she figured it out. One day while I was away my puppy got out and she went to settle issues the neighbors had and ensured the escapes wouldn't happen again. She fed, played with and walked my puppy when I was away and I was very pleased!
Amanda is outstanding! She was wonderful with my fur babies! She stayed in touch and sent me pics and videos. I have never left my animals or house with anyone but family, but thought I'd try Rover out and I'm glad I did. I chose Amanda, based on her reviews and it was a good choice. I highly recommend Amanda! I hope she is available for me again.
I would highly recommend Amanda. She was very professional and provided my dogs with excellent care. She sent me photos and videos everyday, and was great about communicating with me. Sad she's moving away, because my dogs and I will definitely miss her!
