Pet care experience
I am a certified dog trainer who is looking to sit and walk dogs in my free time. I love animals of all types and am experienced with most companion animals. I can travel several miles within the collinsville IL area but would prefer to remain within a 20 minute drive of this area. I have experience working dogs that have behavioral problems, anxiety, and have health issues. I am also comfortable with dogs who pull on walks and need to burn a lot of energy. If your dog gets along well with other dogs then a trip to the dog park to socialize and play fetch makes for a great afternoon! I can also stop by just for quick visits to do basic care or give medication.

Amanda did a great job with our menagerie. One of our dogs, Murphy, is very high energy and can be a handful, but she was up for the task and didn't let him get away with anything--so our house was still standing when we got back! You can tell she loves and knows a lot about animals. We will definitely be using her again.
Amanda stayed with our pups while we went away for a long weekend. Our older female can be standoffish and vocal but Amanda worked to earn her trust and love. Our Weim is higher maintenance but she handled his quirkiness and neediness with ease. Would definitely welcome her to care for them again.

I'm a pretty relaxed and quite person. I enjoy spending time with animals and giving them lots of attention. One of my favorite activities is creating new games to play with my animals and I would love to do that with yours as well. Most of my games are treat and reward based and burn mental energy as well as physical energy.
