Pet care experience
I love all dogs, both big and small. I spend my time often volunteering at animal shelters, or fostering for breed specific nonprofit organizations. I have a passion for animal genetics and husbandry—I’m always interested in learning more. Especially canine body language. I hope to continue learning about all breeds both mixed or otherwise and continue to lead an animal activist lifestyle. With that in mind I make sure to have an active lifestyle for them by going to the park or walking on dog friendly trails. I enjoy doing this with other dogs I watch so long as approval has been given beforehand. Have comfort in knowing I provide consistent updates with great photos attached. It’s my goal to make each stay comforting for new guests.

I have recently had the pleasure of working with Amanda. Our family was unsure of trusting another dog caregiver due to an unpleasant experience with a different online service. Amanda was amazing to work with from the beginning all the way to the excellent service she gave our dogs! We now have confidence in a local caregiver to be responsible and accommodating to our MANY requirements. Amanda is a great person with all the time, love and attention she can provide for her animals! Her backyard is huge, house is clean and she’s always providing updates on my dogs and cats. I trust her 100% and her sanitary practices. Highly recommended!!!
I can always count on Amanda to be kind, gentle and caring to my dogs. She one of the best sitters I've used. When its either going out of town for work or just vacation I know I can always rest easy knowing that my dogs are in her care. Would and have recommended her to all my friends and family.
I had Amanda watch my 3 dogs for me while I was on vacation and she is amazing. My dogs have very special diets on top of separation anxiety, and she was able to keep up on everything. I then learned that she was also a dog walker so I hired her for that since I already trusted her. My 3 dogs are big and she is able to handle all of them, so I still exclusively hire her for all my needs. I have her walk my pups Monday through Wednesday and she is flexible with her schedule to meet mine. I normally never write reviews, but Amanda is so talented I have to share.

If allowed, I enjoy going to multiple different parks. From McAllister to Panther Springs on Blanco. It depends on the animal and what he/she is allowed to do. But I like to do a lot exploring if possible.
