I am a full-blown animal lover! I have been dog-sitting through Rover for 7 years, and I have worked with all types of animals from gerbils all the way up to horses for my entire life. It would be my honor to take care of your adorable fur babies and send you all of the pictures and updates you could want while you're away. I have experience with special needs animals and administering medication, and I understand that no two animals are the same. Please don't be shy to communicate any quirks or special care needed.

Amanda gives extra special care and attention to your pet. Our dog was over the moon excited for her walk with Amanda. She was prompt, efficient, and takes a great deal of pride is making a relationship with your dog.
Amanda went above and beyond this weekend! Took Janie on all the walks, a puppy playdate, and snuggled with her on the couch. I don’t even think Janie noticed we were gone! Amazing first Rover experience for us, and will definitely not be the last with Amanda!
Amanda did a great job with our boarding-anxious dog! He got so much play time and walks and was so comfortable with her. She was patient and understanding when he wasn’t exactly on his best behavior when she first met him. He just got home and we can tell such a difference from when we have picked him up from boarding facilities—he usually crashes in exhaustion like he hadn’t been able to relax the entire time. We are so pleased!
She did a great job with our dogs, both of which require special attention. She is very laid back, takes changes in plan in stride, and is very professional. Thanks for helping us out, Amanda!

I'd like to know any special care information you think is pertinent (diet restrictions, how they interact with other animals etc.) This will ensure I am prepared to give the correct type of treats (or no treats) and avoid any unnecessary inter-animal drama.
A typical day
If your dog is an adventure-seeker, I love going on hikes and out to the beach! Once all the playtime is over, I am always up for some animal snuggles. :)

Availability
I do work full time so if I feel that I will not be able to give your babies the attention they need during requested time frames, I will be open and up front about that. When I do have animals entrusted in my care, they become my top priority.
