I love active and inquisitive play with dogs. I have spent more than two decades caring for animals in a variety of settings: daily care for household pets, including compassionate care for elderly dogs with special needs as well as puppies; overnight care and daily walks for dogs of clients and friends; and providing care for dogs and cats in animal shelters. I have a soft spot in my heart for black labs and mutts, but love all breeds. Every dog is unique, and I do my best to take into account individual needs for activity (both physical and mental) and rest time. Whether play time involves chew toys or obstacle courses or running in the park, I love to engage with dogs and give them the right space to get the exercise and mental stimulation they need.
