Pet care experience
Your dog will have a "paws-itively" good time with me! I've grown up living with dogs, so I am well qualified when it comes to tending to your pup's needs.I previously owned a pit mix, so I have a special place in my heart for bully breeds. I currently have a Golden Retriever puppy. I previously worked at Camp Bow Wow (5 years). I watched up to 25 dogs in a play yard and cared for boarding dogs. I also volunteered at Animal Friends as a dog walker. I care for my neighbors' dogs who has 6 dogs. Along with Rover, I am currently a WAG dog walker/sitter. My compassion for dogs is overwhelming! I have experience with all dogs- puppies to elderly pups, tiny to extra large dogs. I am excited to service you with walks, drop-in visits, and house sitting, or boarding. I have some experience with cats so I can care for cats too. I am very experienced with baths as it was part of my job at Camp Bow Wow, let me know if that is something that interest you when your dog is in my care. When I am at your service, you pup will get my full attention and will be begging me to stay!

Amanda was communicative and quick to respond to a sudden request. Really kind and patient with my puppy, who is a bit nervous, which made me feel at ease with hiring someone I didn’t know to spend time with her. I’ll definitely be asking Amanda to return for more walks, Lily was concerned when she left! :)
Amanda is fantastic! She keeps you informed, takes pictures, and my puppy loves her. ?
Our pitbull has some separation anxiety and can't be alone all day, so Amanda's lunchtime walks have been a lifesaver. I was very impressed during our meet and greet - she has pitbull experience (a requirement for us) and seems very comfortable working with our dog, even when he is nervous and jumps. Every walk they have done we received a detailed report and pictures; she is also extremely responsive through the Rover app. We are so happy to have found her!

Need to know about feeding schedule, any medications, fear/aggression triggers, any specific care instructions. **House Sitting: I will ask if your dog would be ok with being around my dog, that way I can be available to stay the whole night. If not, I can stay until midnight then be back by 6am-8am. Details can be further discussed at our meet and greet.
A typical day
Dog park if allowed. Long leisure walks and/or jogging around the neighborhood. Playing with their favorite toys. Practice tricks/obedience. Snuggling. I am open to doing whatever your pup is up for.
