Pet care experience
My love for animals has always been a part of me since I was young. I have had hands on experience with all sorts of animals, including exotic pets (reptiles, rodents, and birds), and cats and dogs of any age! I have experience with dog-walking, house-sitting, and drop-in visits for pets of all ages. I am also well equipped for any nail trimming, brushing, or bathing services you may request. Amanda was great!
Amanda watched our cat while we were on vacation. She was very trustworthy and thorough. She send a photo every time that she checked on the kitty, and kept us up-to-date on anything unusual.
Amanda has been great to work with! She's communicative with scheduling and updates. Also, our dogs are very timid/anxious with new people. Amanda was understanding of this from day one and has let them warm up to her on their own time. She's making progress with them each visit and makes me feel better knowing she understands their 'quirks' and is letting them get used to her/know her in their own way. I would definitely recommend her to other pet owners!
Amanda is very responsible and loves all animals. She has been around many different types of dogs her entire life and has shown nothing but love and care for all of them! My dog is my child and I trust very few people to take care of her, but I have no doubts she is safe and happy when she’s with Amanda!

A typical day
I love going on hiking trails and doing long distance walks, I also would love to visit dog parks often to give the dogs plenty of socialization. If we're stuck inside on a bad weather day, I love to entertain pets with games and treats for stimulation.

Availability
I am currently taking on Rover part-time, and I will be available most week days and some weekends for walking, drop-ins, and short-term house sitting. For house-sitting with long term stay requests, I would love to schedule 2 weeks in advance so I can make sure I have plenty of time for your pets!
