Pet care experience
My name is Amanda, I work as a school counselor during the academic year & I have the summer off. I’ve volunteered at a pet shelter for 6 years and absolutely adore animals. Thought this would be a cool way to make money, play with cuties, and still make it to the beach! I also play rugby so active dogs I’m more than happy to take for a jog instead of a relaxing walk- need that cardio am I right?! Grew up in a household with a dog and 2 cats, so I’m used to taking care of the animals; especially since I was the one always begging for them! I’m available pretty much every day Monday-Friday; preferably after 3, but i’m flexible. Can’t wait to meet your furry baby!

Amanda was wonderful with our pup Tigger! She was very responsive, sent adorable photos, and took Tigger on all sorts of adventures. I’d hihhly recommend.
Amanda was great, it was my first time using a sitter like this so I was a little nervous but she took really good care of him! Great communication, very flexible with pickup and dropoff times and even gave him some toys to bring home. I'd definitely use her again in the future!

Amanda is everything you want in a dog, but in human form. She's energetic, sweet, loyal, and will love your dog unconditionally. She's my go to person to watch my dog, Duke, when I'm out of town. She's trustworthy and responsible, The only thing better than Amanda taking care of your dog would be if you could take your dog with you!
