Hi I’m Amanda! I’m a dog enthusiast and have been walking and sitting friends and family pets for 10+ years. I was a professional walker with Dog Butler’s but with a new part-time job, I’ve taken to Rover independently! In my recent years, I’ve identified a passion for working with animals and specifically dog training and have shadowed obedience trainer's. I also volunteer with local rescues as a photographer, shooting photos for fosters animals! I have a basic understanding in relationship based, positive reinforcement, balanced and conditional training so I have the patience and empathy needed to work with dogs of any sort of attitude and personality. Don’t fear if your dog has reactive tendencies, anxieties, fears, etc. as I will most likely know how to handle their differences and if not, I’m always eager to learn! I’m a very active, energetic, and flexible person so I’m open to any services you may need though I love a good dog walk. It’s important to me to spend my free time with furry friends so please reach out, I’m so looking forward to new adventures with new pups! Note: I’m comfortable utilizing e-collars, prong collars, martingales, slip leads (including the loop), and harnesses.
