Hi I’m Amanda, my husband Brandon and I are a huge animal lovers and would love to take take care of your furry best friend. We live on an acre in Okeana with a fenced yard. We’re ready to take in your pet for a fun stay. While you’re away you’ll be at ease knowing your fur baby is in good hands while enjoying a vacation themselves.Please let us know all about your pet, to ensure we make him/her comfortable at our house. This is about the 5th time we’ve used Amanda to house sit and she’s been great. Our three dogs love her (our cat ignores everyone). It’s clear when we come home that the animals have been well cared for and our house is always in excellent condition. And while we’re away, Amanda does a wonderful job in staying in contact with updates and pictures of our menagerie.
Amanda was wonderful! This was my first time using Rover, and the first time my cat was left alone. Usually he is very shy and reserved, but she is such a natural with animals he always came out and hung out with her during the visits. She was extremely easy to communicate with and made sure to come around the allotted time. Thank you!!!
This was our 1st time using the Rover app and Amanda made it extremely easy and stress free! She communicated with us daily and sent photo's of our pets while we were away. Her interaction with our cats was over the top! You could tell she loves her line of work! We are extremely pleased with Amanda's TLC for our pets and will be hiring her again for the next vacation!

We have a fenced in yard, and will crate your pup whenever we leave. We also make sure all food and water bowls are sanitized in hot water daily.

I love all dogs, but knowing their history will help me best cater to their needs. If your dog or cat is skittish It’s important for me to know in advance so I can respect him/ her by always using a quiet voice and keeping a calm demeanor at all times. My goal is for your pet to be as comfortable around me as possible, and with the right knowledge about your dog I should be able to make that happen. :)
A typical day
I love walking dogs and of course throwing the tennis ball with them. We would love for you to bring your pups favorite toy, so they can enjoy it during their stay.

Availability
I work about 20-25 hours a week outside of the home. If this inhibits me from watching your dog I totally understand! Every dog is different
