Growing up in the countryside dogs were (and still are) a big part of my life. At an early age I became responsible of taking our labs and dachschunds on botanical expeditions, hikes and swims. Being in contact with dogs for so many years has enabled me to anticipate their needs. This includes anything from administering pills to having hands on experience with epileptic dogs. As an actor I have had numerous day jobs, but none that made me feel were gratifying or appropriate for me as working with dogs. For years I struggled to find something that wouldn't make me groan every time I walked in to work. One day someone suggested I pet sit and I absolutely loved it! After that I continued to pet sit and eventually made the move into dog walking as well. So now that I can play with and take on hikes lots of pups, I feel I've found the best of both worlds.
