Hello! My name is Amalia Linton and I am a pet lover to all degrees! I have owned pets since I can remember. I currently own 2 cats, and a hamster! I worked closely with the health and wellness of animals while I was employed at Petco. I worked with cats, dogs, small animals, reptiles, and birds! I am comfortable and confident with working with all sorts of animals. I learned about handling, nutrition, training, wellness, etc. I am hoping to work in animal care and wellness. I would love to work in a shelter or veterinary setting as I gain more experience in animal care! I have experience handling dogs and cats of all sizes. I want your pet to be as happy with me as I am with them. I look forward to meeting you and your awesome pets!

In my next life I hope to come back as one of Amalia's pets. She lives vicariously not only through her own pets but also through every animal she meets, by selflessly and passionately striving to improve their lives in every little way possible. She is well experienced with dog behavior and works amazingly with my dog despite his behavioral issues. I trust her with absolutely anything when it comes to my dog.
Amalia is the most animal oriented, responsible, friendly and fun person! She will be sure to deliver a wow experience to the smallest chihuahua to the largest dane. My dog Tucker always loves visiting with Amalia and he knows exactly what pocket she keeps the treats in! He’s always sad to leave their play times but I always know when he’s with her he’s in good hands.
Amalia has a passion for and an innate understanding of all animals. She is a responsible and reliable individual with a great sense of self, those around her and, of course, animals. She has an ability to communicate with our mute partners. I would, certainly, trust her with my fuzzy kids.
Amalia watched my two cats for a week while I was in Chicago. I knew they were in great hands! My cats, who are usually very shy, warmed up to her quickly. She took the time to socialize with them and brought a laser for them to chase. Mali is an animal lover and will take great care of your companions. Would recommend!

I love taking dogs to the park and on park or hiking trails. Even if it is just a walk around the neighborhood, I will ensure your dog has a blast! I usually will keep a bag of treats on me to get your dog comfortable with me.
