Pet care experience
Since I was about 8, I have been taking care of not only our household pets but family, friends, and neighbors! I take joy in giving animals the special attention they need from belly rubs and treats to grooming and training. I've cared for cats, dogs, just about any reptile and rodent, as well as birds and a little bit with horses. I am currently in school for environmental science and planning on getting a PhD in Wildlife Biology. My knowledge of pet and wildlife care is fairly extensive due to my passion for it.

This was my first experience with Rover. Alyssa did a great job with taking care of my cats inside and out. She was caring and made sure my cats were well cared for and happy. I plan to book with her in the future.
Alyssa is a responsible and caring person who loves animals more than anything! I would trust her to take amazing care of any of your pets. Alyssa is energetic and fun loving, and would take care of both dogs and cats like they were her own.
Alyssa did an amazing job watching all my dogs. I have 4 little dogs that are on medications and need extra attention. She allowed me to go on vacation while not worrying about my dogs the whole time I was gone. She was very responsive if I had questions or wanted a status update. Would highly recommend and the dogs loved her!
Very kind and loving to our pets. Takes good care of our two cats and dog. One of the few people that our dog actually likes.

I dont have any breed preferences! Love all cats and dogs and willing to take care of them! I do like to know upfront if the pet needs any special accommodations such as medicine , specific feeding times, crate training, etc.
A typical day
Making sure your pets are happy and healthy while under my care is always the priority. Walks, bathroom breaks , and constant play time will be the goal!

I am currently working part time on weekends during early hours as well as attending classes part time. This flexible schedule leaves me plenty of time to care for your fur babies!
