Pet care experience
Hi friends- I am a major animal rights activist in my community. I began caring for animals as my very first job when I was 13, grooming, clipping and sitting for dogs at a local place in AZ. I’ve had dogs & cats since I was 2 & my love for all animals have always run deep. In my free time, I go to the humane society and give the animals some extra lovin'. What better "job" than taking care of animals all day? My commitment is to keep your animal safe, comfortable & happy at all times. I have experience with dogs of all sizes & breeds. I can also administer insulin to diabetic dogs if need be. I'm also currently a freelance writer, mental health worker, ESL teacher, a trips leader and children's meditation teacher. I practice yoga and meditation on a daily basis, play piano & skateboard. My life revolves around serving other beings and I love doing odd jobs and random gigs.

My dog was in such great hands with Alyssa. She cared about my hound so much that made me feel comfortable being away from him. She played music for him to help him while he was in a different routine. I will definitely use her again in the future.
I’ve never met a human that puts more care or effort into anything as much as Alyssa does. She cares about animals more than anything in the world; she has integrity and is honest. What she says she’s going to do, she does. Reliability and compassion are only two words to describe who she is and what she is capable of. In all of the time that I’ve known her, she has been an advocate for injustice and animal rights. She is a shining star in this society and I would put my life in her hands. She’s a fantastic dog mom and will literally put any animal before her own life. These sound like grand claims, and to be honest, there’s no way to express the true magnitude of her character without it coming off as embellished, but I swear, on everything, this woman is an Angel who’s purpose is to protect and speak for those who have no voice.
Alyssa is very responsible and amazing with our dogs! She is very attentive to our dogs needs and go above and beyond with everything we ask!

How they are with other dogs! I do have a 6 year old Catahoula named Leo, he is friendly but not super hyperactive. He's very laid back and would love to tag along if he can! If he doesn’t wanna play, he stays in my room and relaxes.
A typical day
As I stated above - walks to the park! I have a big van and can transport one or many dogs to a different park. Take them on small hikes. Play with tennis balls or sticks. Give them Kong’s with frozen peanut butter as a tasty treat if that’s okay with you!
