Pet care experience
I have owned and grown up with dogs my entire life, my family has had german shepherds and small dogs, So I am comfortable with all sizes! I have dog sat for neighbors and friends and absolutely adore playing with , snuggling, and caring for Doggos!

Alyssa watched my baby while I was away on an overnight trip. I felt such a relief leaving my dog with Alyssa because I knew he would get constant love and care, unlike at a boarding facility. Alyssa did an amazing job caring for my baby and reassured me that he was having the most fun by sending pictures and updates. Alyssa is a great caregiver and you can definitely tell she genuinely cares about the animals she watches!
Alyssa is a DREAM with our blackmouth cur, Hank! She always watches him when we’re out of town and she keeps us updated and is a perfect dog sitter. She truly cares, everytime!

I am very safe on walks, making sure leads/harnesses are properly fastened. I will avoid interaction with other dogs that I do not know to avoid any potential scuffles. On walks I also carry a clean water bowl and water. During walks and check ins your dog will receive an abundance of scratches and kisses and love, I am happy to play and let dogs outside on home visits where appropriate and am comfortable with crated and not crated doggos! I am comfortable with dogs who have sensitive stomachs- as I have personal experience with my own, so special food and treat needs are no problem!!

Let me know if your dog has specific triggers, allergies, injuries, or particular behavioral traits! Additionally how is your dog on a leash- do they pull? bolt when they see a squirrel? Where is their favorite scratch spot and/or spots to stay away from!
A typical day
I love to allow the dogs to smell all the smells and have an adventure on their walk! I also am aware of the HOT weather and am conscious to walk and play on safe surfaces so I will make sure those paws stay safe while we play! I aim to give your puppo a fun and safe experience!

I am currently a Law student working part time so I will have some weekdays and most afternoons after 1:30 available to walk or check in on your fur baby!
