Not reliable. Came at all random times and never when I asked which left our dog alone for long periods of time. Cancelled two hours after a visit was supposed to occur. Would sign out of visits well after leaving our house. Some visits were less than 15 minutes as seen on our security cameras. Sat in our house on her phone instead of playing with the dog. Awful experience and won’t be using her again. Had someone take our dog part of the way through our trip as I did not feel comfortable continuing to leave my dog in her care.

Was a great experience my first time doing this and Alyssa was awesome
