As the owner of multiple cats with medical conditions, I interviewed many sitters before hiring one. Since two of my cats suffer from IBD and are in need of medicine everyday, it was important to me find someone meticulous and caring. I decided to hire Alyssa and now I couldn’t ask for a better pet and house sitter than her! I am incredibly happy with her and so were my cats! I felt reassured and relieved to leave my cats in her care. She was incredibly detailed about following instructions and made a great effort to give my cats the best care possible as if they were her own. She regularly sent lots of pictures and kept me updated about my cats well-being and behavior, their eating, drinking and litterbox habits, medicine, etc. She made it a point to get to know them, their individual personalities and quirks, and took time out to play with them. She also was cognizant of adjusting the thermostat according to the weather and leaving the door locked. When I came back from my trip, my apartment was clean and neat. I am grateful that I can count on her for future trips!

Alyssa was amazing! I was so nervous about leaving Kit Kat alone for the first time, but instantly felt reassured after Alyssa's first drop in and didn't worry once the rest of my vacation. Alyssa left very detailed notes about her visits- including tons of cute pictures, updates about Kit Kat, detailed descriptions of how much she ate, used the litter box, drank, etc., and reassurances that my apartment was the right temperature and that the doors were locked each night. I had a great experience- I highly recommend Alyssa and hope to use her again myself in the future!
