Pet care experience
I have experience with taking care of multiple breeds of dogs growing up from Chihuahuas to German Shepards. I have always had a deeper love for animals and my friends and family have seen that. I am their go-to friend to call when they need me to take care of their fur babies including walks, play dates, being fed, etc. I had a German Shepard for the last 5 1/2 years that we lost too soon due to cancer but I loved him with all my heart . I just want to be able to give that love and energy to other dogs that need it when their owners are away at work, vacations, and other occasions. I work from home so I have plenty of time to care for your pets! I am available most weekends and weekday nights. I am currently in a townhome with a spacious partial grass-floored patio. I also have access to a crate if needed. I am used to taking dogs out quite frequently for potty breaks as well and there are many green areas in my neighborhood. There are also gated parks within walking distance of your pup loves to run around!

Alyssa is a fabulous pet sitter!! Incredibly responsive, keeps us posted on our pooch, and goes out of her way to make sure our dog feels comfortable around her. Our dog is a nervous nellie and is so shy around new people. Alyssa made sure our dog felt safe, and now he greets her with a toy is his mouth, wagging his tail and running around so excited to see her. HIGHLY recommend Alyssa!!!!

I have a large patio with grass flooring and a doggy door if your dog prefers. Otherwise I can take them out every hour if they need it. I also have a crate available upon request if the dog needs to be crated at any point.

A typical day
I typically go on 1-2 mile walks twice a day with the young and hyperactive dogs. I also enjoy taking dogs to the enclosed basketball court in my neighborhood to let them run around. It's a great way for pups to get that extra exercise. I also live within walking distance from an enclosed park if they do prefer to run around with other dogs. There are many hiking trails in my neighborhood as well I will occasionally take dogs on.

I currently work from home which makes it easy for me to spend as much time as possible with your pups. I also spend majority of my weekends at home.
