I worked in doggie daycare and boarding at a veterinary hospital for about a year, but had to leave due to school. Working in the kennel, I learned basic feeding and medical needs, cleanup, handling dogs, bathing, grooming, cutting nails... and the amount of love dogs need when their owners are gone! Back home we have a chocolate lab, 2 rescue pitbulls, and 2 cats. When my family went on vacation and we couldn't bring the dog, we took him to the sitter, and I had never seen him so excited, it was vacation for him too! It's my hope to provide that attention and TLC for your dog while your away, whether just at work or going away for a weekend. I am good with cats as well, having 2 of my own and experience volunteering at a cat shelter. Now, currently living with no pets, I miss dogs and would love to care for yours.
