I have many years experience owning lots of dogs. I have had dogs of all sizes from Terriers to Golden Retrievers. Currently we have a Golden Retriever. He is happy dog who loves playing with other dogs and loves being around his human family. He is very attached to my son. For two years I also volunteered at the Salem Humane Society as a dog walker. My responsibilities were to clean their Kennel, keep them clean, and take them on walks. I loved interacting with all the different types of dogs. It was a great experience. We provide a warm place to sleep and lots of playtime. I believe dogs are apart of the family and should be treated as such. It is true a dog is a mans best friend.
