Hi! My name is Noël Voigt and animals are my passion! I have an history of working at the local Humane society for over 5 years and you can find a foster pup hanging out with our resident kids . I believe in leading an active and healthy lifestyle whether that be camping, hiking, running or anything else I can do and if I can do something with my dogs I do! I believe that dogs deserve both mental and physical fulfillment, whether it be; going on walks, playing fetch, interactive games or just hanging out with them, I am willing to do whatever is needed to make sure their needs are met. There’s not much I’m not willing to do to help out, and make sure all the animals I can help are taken care of, so feel free to reach out with any request.

I have known Alyssa since she was a baby. She has always had a special way with animals, as evidenced by her gentle and caring ways with pets. Alyssa was my favorite pet sitter for many years. She stayed overnight when needed and has always been honest and trustworthy. Most recently, my older dog developed diabetes. When Alyssa learned of this, she asked if we could teach her how to give the insulin injections, just in case she would be needed. Alyssa did learn and mastered the task quickly. Personally, for me, Alyssa would always be my first and only choice for a pet sitter. However, now that she is in college, which is out of town, she is not available to help me as often. I miss her. Whoever hires her will not be disappointed!
Alyssa N is very good with dogs of all sizes. She has cared for my Yorkie Henry and my black lab Shadow. She was able to teach Shadow new tricks at age 11 when we got Henry and she was training him to roll over. Shadow decided it was worth the treat and would roll right over for her. She seems to love the dogs very much and they are very excited to see her when she comes. Was also a great help when we were house breaking Henry as a puppy seemed to hone in on his needs. I have a fenced in yard, and our three resident dogs LOVE to have dogs over for play dates. I also love to come to come to peoples houses to help exercise their dogs whenever they need or just let them out and give them some extra attention!

Let me know any likes/dislikes, meds or special things about your dogs ahead of time. Each dog is an individual so I don’t believe in a one size fits all approach for all of them.
A typical day
I am a very engaged and active dog sitter, walker or helper. I love to play outside and even run with dogs, but am also willing to just hang out with dogs who need some companionship while their families away. Any activity that your dog likes, I am willing to do. Making sure the animals needs are met is my number one priority. I do enforce any rules that are given by the owner, but am also very good at training puppies and dogs of all ages. I am fully trained in giving all kinds of medications and have a lot of experience with all different types of dogs as I work with a wide variety at the Humane society.
