I have grown up with pets all of my life. I have owned catts, chickens, a miniature horse, rabbits and a dog. I was a vet tech for 3 years before a job injury required me to change professions. I regularly pet sit for my parents, sisters and a couple of family friends. I am a huge pet lover and want to get my pet fix in now that I am no longer a tech.

We recently had Alyssa stay at our house to watch our senior dog with special needs and a special diet while we were on vacation in March. Alyssa's care for our furry family member was great, and we couldn't have asked for a better pet sitter. Highlights: Flexibility and Accommodation: Alyssa was incredibly flexible and accommodating. When our travel plans changed, she was willing to adjust her schedule and come to our house earlier than planned. Daily Updates and Pictures: Alyssa provided us with daily updates and pictures of our dog, which gave us peace of mind and allowed us to enjoy our vacation without worrying. Home Condition: We returned from our trip to find our home in the same condition as we had left it. Alyssa ensured that everything was tidy, which was a lovely surprise. Overall, Alyssa's professionalism, care, and attention to detail made our vacation stress-free, knowing that our beloved pet was in good hands. Where do I begin with Alyssa? She is truly the BEST. I have two senior cats with several medical needs, and she handles every medication and request with care and love. I feel so safe when I'm gone, knowing that she's there to care for and love my boys. If you're lucky enough to hire Alyssa, you will not be disappointed!!

I would need to know if we have any behavior issues and if we are agressive towards small animals, cats mainly. Any medication or dietary restrictions and if we are crate trained and where they typically sleep. I am experienced working with food aggressive dogs as well as dogs who can be reactive to other animals and kids but I need a heads up on any of those issues.
A typical day
I typically will feed breakfast before work and the days I work from home I take them out for potty breaks on my breaks. Weather permitting we walk either on my lunch break or after work, sometime in both if we are a higher energy dog. My husband and I like to explore new parks and dog friendly patios on the weekends.
