I became a pet sitter simply because I love taking care of animals! They’ve played a huge part in my life for as long as I can remember, so now it’s my turn to give back to them however I can. I love being around animals and making them happy, and getting to provide peace of mind to owners is so fulfilling as well. That’s why I can’t wait to meet you and your pup! I am the proud puppy parent to two American Bulldogs, and they are practically my own children! They go with me wherever I go and make my days so happy. I’ve had pets all throughout my life, so taking care of them really is second nature to me. I’ve also had some experience fostering rescue dogs as well. I love taking in rescue dogs because it’s always been my goal to help dogs in need out. It was always a great experience taking them in and helping them transition to their forever homes. It taught me so much about patience and responding to the individual needs of every dog that comes my way! When taking on a new client, I typically like to schedule a meet-and-greet. It’s a great way to make sure that we’re all a good fit for one another, which is so important to me. Likewise, it gives us the opportunity to chat face-to-face about your pup and your care expectations. No one knows your dog better than you do, so it’s always great to chat with owners in person about what makes their pup tick! Finally, I just love meeting new dogs! I like to get down on their level to show them that I’m a welcome presence here to make friends, and I’m sure we’ll be best buddies in no time at all. I know that it can be difficult to be away from your best friend, so I’m here to make sure that time goes as easily as possible. To that end, I believe that excellent communication is the heart of every good stay! I’m always happy to keep puppy parents updated on everything that we do together. From meal prep to exercise times, taking notes on just about everything is always something I’m willing to help out with. Of course, any updates will always include tons of great pictures of us having fun together!
