I was raised in my mother's veterinarian clinic and officially worked as a "kennel kid" there since eighth grade, providing basic care for our patients. At home, I have had a least two large dogs my whole life and have always been the primary care giver for them. We have had no less than nine cats, so I am more than comfortable with them also. I am compassionate, but competent in discipline, ensuring everyone's safety. I am comfortable with providing medical care if they require medication. I know the importance of activity and attention for an animal and will be sure to provide the most time for walking and loving I can give. Owners deserve to be updated as much as they want on their pet. Further, I am a rising junior at the University of CT, Storrs in the Honors Program studying cell biology with hopes of becoming an MD/PhD. I have a personal car on campus that is already covered in animal hair so I am happy to transport your pet anywhere.
