Pet care experience
I’ve loved animals for as long as I was old enough to remember. I grew up with many different types of pets and have always loved being around them. I have fostered several dogs for local rescues, including emaciated and neglected dogs, and some who had seizures. My own dogs are rescued! I have experience in owning and caring for dogs, cats, reptiles, fish, ducks, quail, chickens, parrots, doves, horses, farm animals, and small caged pets (hamsters, guinea pigs, etc.). **No aggressive dogs, please. **Your dog must be 100% dog friendly for boarding/daycare at my home!**

Alyssa was a wonderful caretaker for Bailey during her day care stay. She was very attentive to make sure Bailey was comfortable and entertained. Bailey enjoyed playing with Alyssa and her awesome dogs. Bailey topped off her stay with a short walk and a nap. I received pictures throughout the day. Basically, Alyssa did everthing right.
Alyssa was great with my dogs overnight. Two of the dogs have special medical needs (one has seizures, and the other is blind and diabetic) and must have their medication twice a day. Alyssa was very attentive to their needs and paid very close attention while I explained their routine. The doggies came home in a good mood, which made me very happy. I will absolutely be looking to Alyssa to dog sit my little monsters in the future.

I know what it’s like to need someone you can really trust to care for your pet. Pets are family here, and yours will be treated as one of mine during their stay and when I am visiting them at your home! You will receive daily updates including photos/videos of their activities during their vacation, so you can relax and enjoy yours! When inquiring for booking, please let me know of any special needs your pet may have, or anything I can do to help you and your pet feel more comfortable. The more information you share with me about your pet, the better I can take care of them and make sure that they, you, and my own dogs have a good time :) Large backyard that is fully fenced with plenty of room to run and play! Small doggie pool during summer for the pets that love water!

Please let me know your dog’s daily routine and if they have any special quirks! I am happy to discuss any concerns or requests you may have. I want to make sure your pet has the best experience possible! If your dog is toy aggressive, food aggressive, an escape artist, gets a little jealous during play time, gets carsick, likes to chew, or any other personality quirks, please let me know before their stay! This is for both your pets’ safety and my own. Most of these things can be easily prepared for and avoided if I know about it ahead of time :) **Your dog must be 100% dog friendly for boarding/daycare!** No breed restrictions here.
A typical day
During my time with your dog we may go on a hike on a local trail if it’s not too hot, or a walk around the neighborhood or to a local park. There will be lots of time for playing with me and with my dogs in the backyard, followed by snoozing in the sun (my dog’s personal favorite), and snuggles on the couch. If your dog likes water they can play in the doggie pool or with the hose on a hot day. My dogs love car rides! If yours doesn’t get carsick, we may go on a drive or two! If there are any activities you would not like your dog to participate in, (hiking, car rides, etc.) please let me know!
