My name is Alyssa and I am a pet sitter from Chester County with over 10 years of experience. I do not have any pet restrictions and am comfortable handling/caring for all types of pets, including: dogs, cats, reptiles, aquatic animals, farm animals, etc. No breed preferences! I have experience with both young and senior pets, as well as those with special needs. I have spent time volunteering at shelters, some of which was as a photographer assisting in photoshoots to help shelter dogs get adopted. I love photographing animals; expect a lot of photo updates from me! I have experience with animal first aid, can administer medication (pills, injections) and take great care to make sure pets are happy, healthy and comfortable. If you hire me to housesit, you can also expect me to take great care of your home, collect your mail, water house plants or gardens, take out the trash and anything else you might need to be done while you are away; don't be afraid to ask!

My cat is very large and needy. He thinks he is a little man and has a sassy attitude. Alyssa made sure to give him all the attention he demanded AND helped him workout with some toys. Will definitely book again!
Alyssa was so good with my cats. I could not believe when she sent me a pic w my shy kitten that NEVER approaches strangers. I am so relieved to find someone so good/patient w animals and so reliable too. definite rebook.
Alyssa stayed with our fur babies for a few hours while we attended an event. Our dog loves her and our cat is normally shy, but felt comfortable coming out of hiding for her. Definitely recommend Alyssa!

Please let me know if you have any pets aside from dogs or cats that will be under my care! I would like to be made aware of any stressors or anything that is anxiety inducing for your dog(s), as well as any issues your dog(s) might have while on a leash (men, children, other dogs, etc). I would also like to be informed of any and all medical or health concerns (this goes for cats and any other pets that will be under my care as well).
A typical day
While I am housesitting, I always prioritize your pets’ specific needs and adjust my schedule accordingly. It is very important to me to make sure pets in my care do not have their daily routines interrupted and get to do all of the activities they enjoy and are used to!

I make it a point to adopt your pet’s daily routine (not the other way around) in order to help maintain normalcy for them while their family is away. ★ I am able to work remotely and am available for constant care!
