I have always loved dogs growing up, but unfortunately my sister is very allergic so we were unable to have a dog of our own. I always dreamed of having a dog as a child so for that reason I was always drawn to others with dogs. I loved taking care of my neighbors, friends and families dogs while out of town treating them as if they were my own. I have experience with dogs of all sizes and age range and loved them all the same. I work remotely full time which gives me the flexibility to care for dogs during the day. It also gives me the flexibility to work from wherever I am needed. Unfortunately my rescue dog has anxiety around certain dogs so we are very selective to which friends can stay with us. We do have a fenced in yard with plenty of space to run around and burn off that doggy energy. I am fully comfortable staying at a clients house need that be the case. I am an active person who will take your dog on long walks! Patrick - Since birth I’ve always had a dog around me. The first dog that I raised on my own was at 12 years old and have raised three dogs since then. I love everything about K-9’s from the initial teaching of sit and stay to complex commands and cuddles and playtime. Since graduating college a few years ago, I have had a lot of experience with professional training and top-tier dog care as I was able to rehabilitate a rescue mutt from North Carolina with severe anxiety and minor aggressive tendencies. I was able to take him from unapproachable dog to a friendly pup with loving friends and family, who can’t get enough snuggles. Through all of this professional training and time spent learning dog tendencies, body language and other behavioral indications, I feel very confident in handling dogs of all shapes and sizes with all different personalities and temperaments. I am about 200 pounds and athletic build so there wouldn’t be any dog too big for me. I consider myself to be highly experienced and trained in puppy care, adult dog care, and even senior care. Can’t wait to meet your pup!!! I work a regular 9 to 5 so most of my day is blocked out during that time on Monday through Friday. There are exceptions to my schedule so always feel free to reach out and check with me. I do work remote so some instances of pet drop off or daycare can be accommodated! I live in a house with a fenced in backyard a few blocks from the beach. The two dogs that live in the house with me, a small 8 pound jack Russell terrier and a small 20 pound lab mix, Love to run and play freely outside and sunbathe the day away. Our rescue dog (the lab mix) can be a little apprehensive around high energy bigger dogs so small dogs or very low energy large dogs are better suited for a daycare situation at my house.
