This is the first time we used Alyssa to stay with our dogs. We asked her to be there at noon and she arrived at 1pm. We have a dog who has a medical condition that is on a very strict potty break schedule and it exceeded that window. I asked her at 9pm how things were going and she did not respond until 2 hours later., We told her they freak out with storms and a storm arrived late in the evening. She evidently let them get into her face not having any idea how they react. One nipped her ear, who has never done that in his 12 years. We do not know what she did to provoke him to do that. She won’t respond to texts or answer my calls to get more details. At that point she abandoned them at 11:19 pm with us 4 hours away, . I let her know that the dogs get nervous with storms and she let them get Alyssa abandoned the dogs at 11;19 pm with us too far away to return to them. One has a medical condition that requires him to relieve himself every two or three hours. She said one of them bit her ear

I can't say enough great things about Alyssa. She is simply amazing in the pet care she gives my two dogs--Rocky and Jazzy. She cares for my "furkids" as if they were their own. Her everyday standard goes above and beyond just simple feeding and walking. She interacts and treats them just like I do, as my "kids". We refer Alyssa as "Auntie". She is like family to us, and I never worry about my dogs when I leave them in Alyssa's care.
